The house will embody advanced building science principles to ensure durability, energy efficiency, and comfort while prioritizing a low-carbon footprint. Designed to be off-grid, the home will integrate sustainable energy systems and innovative water management to harmonize with its natural surroundings. Future-facing features include age-in-place design considerations, ensuring accessibility and adaptability for the years to come. The result will be a functional, environmentally conscious retreat that blends seamlessly with its wooded landscape.
