​Habitat for Humanity - Ayer

​[RE] Architect is partnering with Habitat for Humanity to design and build a new side-by-side townhouse-style duplex at 12 Newton St, Ayer, MA. Each unit will feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing safe, affordable housing for local families.

Currently under construction, this project reflects Habitat for Humanity’s mission of empowering communities through homeownership. With a thoughtful design and efficient planning, this duplex will offer comfortable, sustainable living spaces for those in need.
