​Habitat for Humanity - Acton

​[RE] Architect is partnering with Habitat for Humanity to design a new office space and 2-3 residential units within the existing main building. This project aims to create functional, community-driven spaces while balancing regulatory approvals, including town zoning, septic, and fire department requirements.

While discussions included potential expansion into the adjacent barn, this phase of the project will focus solely on the office and residential design, with any additional work proposed separately in the future.

Slated to begin construction in Summer/Fall 2025, this project represents a thoughtful collaboration between architecture, sustainability, and community development to provide affordable, well-designed spaces for Habitat’s mission.
