3-5 Park st in Ayer MA is one of [RE] Architect’s own development projects and is located right around the corner from our Ayer office. The existing 2 story building will be demolished with a 4 story mixed-use apartment building being built in its place.

Due to the location in downtown Ayer and near the commuter rail the apartments will promote a transit-oriented lifestyle in the heart of downtown with easy access to Boston. Additionally the site is located along the Nashua River Rail Trail, allowing easy access to recreation, as well as attracting potential customers to the commercial space.
